If you want to do exactly what Kevin and Alex do to stay on top of their game here it is. A three phase training program over twelve weeks available through our app, for both men and women, to get you training like us. Its tough, but the results will be more than worth it. Alex has always had an obsession with being the best he could be. Wrestling and running in high school triggered a lifelong obsession with finding the best ways to improve himself. Going through high school and college with his best friend Kevin fueled the passion and kept things ultra-competitive. He studied exercise science and kinesiology at Iowa State University. After college, he had great success with Sajady Fit, tons of clients having incredible transformations and now he's back. In the meantime, he's become a professional racing driver and is vigorously pursuing the art of boxing, two sports that if you want to succeed you not only have to be in the best physical shape possible, but also develop the proper mental toughness and capacity. Over the years Alex and Kevin have gathered the knowledge, made the mistakes, and tested with so many different training styles so you don't have to. Let them build your training and lifestyle programs or follow their pre-made ones to fast track your progress and unlock your ultimate potential.
Born and raised in Minnetonka, Minnesota, Kevin spent most of his time participating in a wide variety of sports, building a strong foundation that soon led to his love of fitness and finding new limits for himself. He attended Iowa State University for a year where he and Alex were roommates. They spent most of their time exercising and experimenting with new workout programs that would best target their body types. They trained multiple times per week together, and helped friends improve their health along the way. After that year, Kevin enlisted into the Marines and spent the next five and a half years being a part of their program.Through those years he lead countless physical training exercises for his peers and subordinates. Kevin's goal is to share his knowledge and experience to help others achieve their fitness goals. Kevin now resides in San Diego, California and attends the University of San Diego. He rowed as a D1 athlete until this semester and is now on the club swimming team.
